Member Service Representative: Full-Time & Part-Time

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll assist members with a variety of financial services, including processing transactions, answering account inquiries, and opening new accounts. You’ll support daily teller operations and balancing while helping members with debit cards, bill pay, and online banking. This role also includes processing account changes, address updates, and maintaining accurate documentation. In addition, you’ll enter loan applications and prepare credit reports as needed, ensuring each member receives efficient and friendly service every step of the way. Transportation to all FCFFCU branch locations is required.
Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Branch Manager, Broadlabin Officer: Full-Time
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient teller and member service functions, supervising and training staff, and fostering a positive, member-focused environment. This role includes leading and developing team members, maintaining strong service standards, and managing teller operations, cash handling, and branch scheduling. The Branch Manager also supports consumer lending by meeting with members to discuss loan needs, guiding them through the application process, and handling loan closings, while ensuring accurate account processing, loan documentation, and audit compliance. Additional responsibilities include assisting members with inquiries, online banking, and business account updates, as well as promoting credit union products and services through active cross-selling. The position requires strict adherence to regulatory, security, and operational policies, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, for reporting, tracking, and basic data analysis. Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of related experience and/or a two-year college degree, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with staff, members, and external partners, and proficiency with data processing systems and standard office equipment.
Pay Range: $52,000- $65,000, based on experience
Real Estate Loan Processor: Full-Time
The Real Estate Loan Processor is responsible for meeting with members to discuss loan needs and for originating, underwriting, and closing real estate and consumer loans, while ensuring a smooth and compliant lending process. This role includes processing and recording mortgage and lien documents, handling home equity advances and payoffs, and managing homeowners, force-placed, and flood insurance requirements. The position also involves completing monthly and quarterly real estate reports, maintaining accurate loan files, and supporting credit maintenance and analytical comparisons. In addition, the Real Estate Loan Processor is expected to generate mortgage leads and build relationships with realtors and business partners, while maintaining an active Notary Public commission. This position is not commission-based, emphasizing service and member relationships over sales incentives. Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of lending experience and/or a related two-year college degree, strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive information, a working knowledge of lending regulations and credit union policies, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to analyze collateral, financial information, and loan documentation.
Pay Range: $43,000- $52,000
