As a Teller, you’ll be an important part of our members’ everyday financial lives. You’ll assist with transactions, answer questions, provide exceptional member service, and help members discover products and services that fit their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Process daily member transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, personalized member service
- Assist members with their financial needs and questions
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Promote FCFFCU products and services
- Work as part of a team across our branch locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
- Reliable transportation to all FCFFCU branch locations
